How it works

  1. A visitor rings Greet.  You receive a call on your smartphone.
  2. While viewing the video feed from your doorbell, you decide whether or not to answer the call.
  3. If you miss or ignore the call, Greet will play a pre-recorded voice message to your visitor.

Motion Detection Recording - Don't miss another moment.

Greet automatically records a 30-second motion detection video clip to its built-in 8GB memory, even when the doorbell hasn't been rung. With mobile alerts activated, you receive instant alerts on your mobile device when motion is detected so that you can see what's happening. You can also share your device with family members, so that multiple users can receive alerts and calls.

720p Wide-angle Live View on Zmodo App

Setting up Greet doorbell with Zmodo app in seconds, you will get a 720p HD live view. The doorbell’s camera is manually adjustable, allowing you to get the angle of your visitors. It’s specially designed to show you a vertical HD image so that you can talk to and see visitors of any height.

Customize Voice Message and Sharing

For the time when you are too busy or not able to answer the door, record a voice message previously and Greet will play it after someone rings it. Share your doorbell with your family member’s accounts. Easily enable and revoke sharing access for house sitters or baby sitters, so that they can help secure your home while you’re away.

Smart Night Vision and Two-way Audio

Improved night vision function allows you to manually switch on the night vision mode based on different light strengths to make sure you have one of the best views even in a dim environment. Simultaneous two-way audio allows you to communicate with people at the doorbell end smoothly.

Zmodo Cloud Service: Motion alert clips are saved in the cloud for 12 hours for free. All users are also eligible for a 30-day free trial of the Zmodo 7 day cloud recording plan. Paid cloud recording plans for storing 24/7 footage are available in 7 and 30 day plans. With the paid plan options, you can review, save, and share footage at any time, and reduce false alerts with cloud intelligence.

Set up easily in minutes.

Greet was designed with simplicity in mind. You won't need to do any complicated configuration or setup. Just mount the doorbell and connect it to your home's existing wiring, download the free Zmodo app, and follow the in-app instructions to set up in minutes. Existing doorbell wiring is required for use. This doorbell is not compatible with electronic doorbell chimes. A 10-36V AC circuit mechanical doorbell chime is required.

Connectivity Requirements - please ensure compatibility prior to ordering:

  • A smartphone running Android 4.0 and up or iOS 7.0 and up 
  • A password-protected 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network with WPA/WPA2 encryption.
  • A mechanical doorbell chime and a transformer with a low-voltage of 10VAC-36VAC. If you don't have mechanical chime, you will need a 20 ohm/10 watt resistor (not included) between the doorbell and one wire from the power source. This system is not compatible with digital doorbells.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system, allocated inventory in our warehouse and collected payment for the purchase. 

Order Shipment

We typically ship within 1-2 business day from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provided when checking out. Please make sure you white list so our emails to you don't go into your spam or junk folders.


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage then you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged then please send photos to and we will begin a return process on your behalf.


All cancellation requests will be processed within 1 business day. If we're able to cancel your order before it has been processed then we will cancel the order, refund the payment and reach out to you via email. If your order has been processed and left the warehouse then you (the buyer) will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Return & Refund Policy

We only accept returns for damaged and defective items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at to obtain an RMA. Items must be returned in original condition with the original packing slip within 30 days from the date you received your order. We will gladly replace the items or refund your money at our discretion.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of insuring and shipping the items to be returned. S&H fees are non-refundable. If the returned product is found NOT to be defective or damaged, we reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee, and the original shipping charge will not be refunded. If a returned item is found to have been altered or does not include the original packaging and accessories, we reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee or refuse the return. 

In the event your return request is past the 30 day return window, you may want to contact the manufacturer or whomever provides the warranty of your product to see if some other resolution is possible.

How do I return a damaged or defective product?

If the item you purchased is damaged or defective and was purchased within the past 30 days, please contact us at to report the issue. Include the order number, a description of the item you would like to return and a detailed explanation of the problem you are having. If it’s damaged or defective, we will provide you with a return authorization.

If we still have the same item in-stock, we will provide you with an exchange of the same item. In the event the item is no longer available and you have contacted us within 30 days of the purchase date, we may issue you a refund in the amount of the original purchase based on the condition of the item. The item must be returned in original, unused condition with the original packing slip. Buyer is responsible for the cost of insuring and shipping the items to be returned. S&H fees are non-refundable. All sales are final after 30 days.

Non Returnable Items

Following items cannot be returned once opened: Software, Film, Paper, DVDs, Bulbs, flash tubes, Batteries, Ink cartridges, Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers, Memory cards, any item which has been removed from its "blister-pack". Printers cannot be returned once toner has been installed. Underwater equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water. Cell phones and smart phones will only be accepted for credit or exchange if they register less than 10 minutes cumulative talk time and show no sign of use. Mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, sheets, toothbrushes, flossers - due to the personal nature of these items, they may not be returned to 

Jewelry & Watches - All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
Jewelry & Watches - Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
