Using your Flosser

  1. Charge for 3-4 hours before using. The Flosser does not come fully charged. While charging the speed lights will blink first one light will blink, then the second will blink, and then the third. Once all 3 lights stop blinking but stay lit, the Flosser is fully charged. You'll need to supply the USB AC adaptor and plug the included USB cable into it to charge your flosser
  2. Place a Flosser Tip into the hole port and push firmly into place, you should hear or feel a “click”. This is very important and will create a watertight seal. If the tip is loose it will leak.
  3. Fill the reservoir with tap water (or any other kind of water). It is not recommended to add any oils or mouthwash to the reservoir. Simply open the reservoir by pulling open the rubber plug without detaching it. If it accidentally detaches it can be put back on very easily.
  4. Place the tip into your mouth and press the middle of the on/off button to begin the water stream. It will take a moment or two for the pump to bring water thru the tube to the tip. Once water starts flowing move the tip from the tooth gap to the tooth gap letting water flow for 2-3 seconds between each tooth. Take care to stay near the gumline as you move the flosser, this will help massage your gums and remove plaque as well.
  5. We recommend letting the water flow out of your mouth and into your sink while using. 
  6.  If no water flows out of Flosser but you can feel air, prime the pump by sucking air thru the tip very briefly - water should then flow shortly after you do this. Or you can empty the water out of the reservoir and tip the flosser upside down for 10-15 seconds to get air out of the tube.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system, allocated inventory in our warehouse and collected payment for the purchase. 

Order Shipment

We typically ship within 1 business day from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provided when checking out. Please make sure you white list support@dealsie.com so our emails to you don't go into your spam or junk folders.


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage then you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged then please send photos to support@dealsie.com and we will begin a return process on your behalf.


All cancellation requests will be processed within 1 business day. If we're able to cancel your order before it has been processed then we will cancel the order, refund the payment and reach out to you via email. If your order has been processed and left the warehouse then you (the buyer) will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Return & Refund Policy

We only accept returns for damaged and defective items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at support@dealsie.com to obtain an RMA. Items must be returned in original condition with the original packing slip within 30 days from the date you received your order. We will gladly replace the items or refund your money at our discretion.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of insuring and shipping the items to be returned. S&H fees are non-refundable. If the returned product is found NOT to be defective or damaged, we reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee, and the original shipping charge will not be refunded. If a returned item is found to have been altered or does not include the original packaging and accessories, we reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee or refuse the return. 

In the event your return request is past the 30 day return window, you may want to contact the manufacturer or whomever provides the warranty of your product to see if some other resolution is possible.

How do I return a damaged or defective product?

If the item you purchased is damaged or defective and was purchased within the past 30 days, please contact us at support@dealsie.com to report the issue. Include the order number, a description of the item you would like to return and a detailed explanation of the problem you are having. If it’s damaged or defective, we will provide you with a return authorization.

If we still have the same item in-stock, we will provide you with an exchange of the same item. In the event the item is no longer available and you have contacted us within 30 days of the purchase date, we may issue you a refund in the amount of the original purchase based on the condition of the item. The item must be returned in original, unused condition with the original packing slip. Buyer is responsible for the cost of insuring and shipping the items to be returned. S&H fees are non-refundable. All sales are final after 30 days.

Non Returnable Items

Following items cannot be returned once opened: Software, Film, Paper, DVDs, Bulbs, flash tubes, Batteries, Ink cartridges, Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers, Memory cards, any item which has been removed from its "blister-pack". Printers cannot be returned once toner has been installed. Underwater equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water. Cell phones and smart phones will only be accepted for credit or exchange if they register less than 10 minutes cumulative talk time and show no sign of use. Mattresses, mattress toppers and pillows - due to the personal nature of these items, they may not be returned to Dealsie.com. 

Jewelry & Watches - All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
Jewelry & Watches - Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Jewelry & Watches - Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
