Can I Send Someone Gifts From Dealsie?

Of course! Simply indicate the two addresses during the ordering process. For your protection, be sure to let your credit card issuer know that you'll be using a shipping address other than your billing address. 

When Will My Order Ship?

Most in stock orders are quickly shipped within 1-2 business days. If you have any questions about specific shipping windows for promotional items seen on TV, email us at support@dealsie.com

Where Do You Ship From?

We are based in Plano, Texas and have shipping facilities in the Dallas area and in New Hampshire. 

When Will My Order Arrive?

The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on your location and shipping method. Shipping times are only estimates and exclude holidays, weekends and unforeseen postal delays. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to expedite it. Typical transit times in the United States range from 4-7 business days. 

How Can I Track My Order?

Once the Order is shipped, a confirmation email is sent with tracking information so you can follow your order as it makes its way to your location. Make sure you double check when entering your email address so we can notify you correctly!

The Tracking Says My Order Arrived But I Haven't Received Anything?

If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following: Verify the shipping address on your order is correct. Look for an attempted delivery notice slip from the carrier. Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area. Check to see if your neighbors or someone in your residence accepted it. Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving. Dealsie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package.

How can I create an account?

You can create an account with us. You can also create an account during the checkout process. We recommend creating an account so you can view your order history and save your information for quick and easy checkout in the future. 

My Product Is Damaged. What Can I Do?

Oh no! We're so sorry - we know how much of a bummer this is. Although we inspect each item before and package them with care, damages and defects may happen. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at support@dealsie.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!

How Can I Return An Item?

Now why would you want to do that? You can return defective or damaged item(s) for a refund, exchange or credit within 30 days of the order date. Contact our Customer Service Department at support@dealsie.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). One of our customer service representatives will guide you through the process.
