Return & Refund Policy
We only accept returns for damaged and defective items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain an RMA. Items must be returned in original condition with the original packing slip within 30 days from the date you received your order. We will gladly replace the items or refund your money at our discretion.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of insuring and shipping the items to be returned. S&H fees are non-refundable. If the returned product is found NOT to be defective or damaged, we reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee, and the original shipping charge will not be refunded.
In the event your return request is past the 30 day return window, you may want to contact the manufacturer or whomever provides the warranty of your product to see if some other resolution is possible.
How do I return a damaged or defective product?
If the item you purchased is damaged or defective and was purchased within the past 30 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to report the issue. Include the order number, a description of the item you would like to return and a detailed explanation of the problem you are having. If it’s damaged or defective, we will provide you with a return authorization.
If we still have the same item in-stock, we will provide you with an exchange of the same item. In the event the item is no longer available and you have contacted us within 30 days of the purchase date, we may issue you a refund in the amount of the original purchase based on the condition of the item. The item must be returned in original, unused condition with the original packing slip. Buyer is responsible for the cost of insuring and shipping the items to be returned. S&H fees are non-refundable. All sales are final after 30 days.
Non Returnable Items
Following items cannot be returned once opened: Software, Film, Paper, DVDs, Bulbs, flash tubes, Batteries, Ink cartridges, Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers, Memory cards, any item which has been removed from its "blister-pack". Printers cannot be returned once toner has been installed. Underwater equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water. Cell phones and smart phones will only be accepted for credit or exchange if they register less than 10 minutes cumulative talk time and show no sign of use.
Jewelry & Watches - All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
Jewelry & Watches - Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Jewelry & Watches - Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
