We know that when you find something you love, you can't concentrate on anything else. You must have it right away. That's why we do our best to get it to you in a hurry. Most of the time we are able to ship it from our warehouse in 24 hours.
We also know free shipping is way better than not free shipping. That's why we don't charge you more for shipping. We offer great deals and we ship them for free. What's better than that?
You'll probably never know, but we ship with smiles on our faces. We just love shipping. It's pretty much our favorite thing to do.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system, allocated inventory in our warehouse and collected payment for the purchase.
We typically ship within 1 business day from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provided when checking out. Please make sure you white list email@example.com so our emails to you don't go into your spam or junk folders.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage then you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged then please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will begin a return process on your behalf.
All cancellation requests will be processed within 1 business day. If we're able to cancel your order before it has been processed then we will cancel the order, refund the payment and reach out to you via email. If your order has been processed and left the warehouse then you (the buyer) will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
